ENPLOYMENT APPLICATION: If you are interested in joining our team, please fill out an application and get it back to us. We are always looking for self-motivated individuals 16-years or older to work at the playfield as a referee.

Hell Survivor's Instructors will train you to be a Hell Survivors Certified Game Official, even if you have no prior paintball or referee experience. Hell Survivors offers an extensive training program complete with a certification exam. You may also earn bonuses, if you have a current First Aid and/or CPR Certification Card. Make sure that we have a copy of your most current cards on file, in order to qualify. Hell Survivors also offers a complete Referee 'Tools of the Trade' Package available to purchase at a substantially reduced cost.

You CAN NOT WORK until we have all of these completed forms on file. You MUST FAX or e-mail all of the forms back to the office, in order to get a time card. You can not work for Hell Survivors without a time card.
